Coming soon to the Forest Grove Farmer’s Market! My salmon will be available on market days as both 1.5 lb. filets and 0.5 lb. portions. If you’re interested in reserving a preorder of 10 lbs. or more, let me know and I’d love to arrange that! I’m also happy to deliver locally or arrange drop-offs, as well as sell in bulk. 

Why Wild Caught?

Not only does wild-caught Pacific salmon taste and look better than your standard supermarket salmon (likely a specimen of the highly genetically-modified farmed Atlantic salmon) it’s better for both you and the planet. Supporting a well-managed fishery such as Bristol Bay Sockeye is the responsible choice. Don’t be an enabler of fish farming!

Did you just meet your fisherman?

Hi! I’m Jack. I’m 22 years old, been a commercial fisherman for 5 years, and I’m happy to call Forest Grove home. I’m deeply passionate about conservation, sustainable food and wildlife, and bringing my own salmon back to folks in the lower 48 is a dream come true. I’ll be at the Forest Grove Farmer’s Market this year (after fishing season of course) so come say hi between August-October!
